Movin' On Up

To answer your question, the last entry was neither a recent personal discovery nor pointed out to me recently. It's always sat somewhat uneasily at the back of my head. But for the amount of traffic that this site (doesn't) get, I was O.K. with that. I mean, it's not like I'm file-sharing gay porn off of a departmental computer or anything.

But the fact is that I'm , by all accounts, more than half-way through my tenure at this venerable institution. When it does come time to depart, I doubt I will be given continued access to this computer that I may continue serving a vanity 'blog off of a research computer.

As such, and after seeing the entirely reasonable rates at which flygrrl got her own website, I've decided to take the preemptive plunge and register ennuicentral.com. I'll be moving sometime in the near future, I suspect. Once I find the time to actually organize and pack my stuff, hire a truck, re-model the place a bit in the process....

I'll also have some trips and stories to regale you with in the next week or so.
