Well, dammit, this is a really inconvenient time for crayon bending! Our borrowed hippo is due to arrive by wagon any second now. How are we going to have space for hippopotamus hugging and kissing if godzilla is causin' a ruckus with his crayons?
(Hey, I've got an idea! I'll bet no one has ever thought of blogging about all the weird shit their toddler says. That could never get annoying, I'm sure.)

How about when your kid misnames things, like when my daughter called Winnie the Pooh, "Pooie the Cow." Dammit, I would love to read kids stories about Pooie the Cow. I'm going to start writing one tonight. Maybe I'll have her fight the Skeleton-Witch.
